Delete your PerkFinder account

You can delete your PerkFinder account at any time. Deletion is permanent and takes effect right away.

Delete from the app

  1. Open PerkFinder and tap Profile in the bottom tab bar.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm by tapping Delete My Account.

You'll be signed out once it's done.

Delete by email

Don't have the app anymore? Email hello@perkfinder.org from the address on your account with the subject line "Delete my account." We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in
  • Your name, email, and birthday
  • Saved perks and claim history
  • Location and city settings
  • Your email marketing contact
  • Your billing customer record

Have Premium? If you subscribed in the PerkFinder app, deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it first in your Apple Account subscription settings or in Google Play subscriptions so you aren't charged again. Subscriptions bought on our website are canceled automatically when you delete your account, and remaining time is not refunded.

What we keep

We keep payment records required for tax and accounting purposes, and anonymized perk reports you submitted (with your name and details removed). Neither can be tied back to you.
